Our great event hosted here in Hailey Idaho will take place this Saturday, December 12th at the Community Campus. We are very excited. Good Luck SMAS teams!!!

First Cheer Competition 2009 a great success

Our SMAS Cheerleaders just returned from their first cheer competition in Idaho Falls. The Black Diamonds took first place, and the Silver Stars and Green Emeralds took 3rd place. Hank a senior tumbler took First place, and Megan, a junior tumbler took 2nd place. All 3 teams qualified and got a bid to US Finals Competition in April in Las Vegas! Great job SMAS

Black Diamonds Fall Cheer Party

Our Senior Team the Black Diamonds will be celebrating together on October 24th from 6-9 at Hank's house. This will be a movie/pizza party and will be super fun!!

Green Emeralds Halloween Party

The Green Emeralds team will be celebrating together on Sat, October 24th from 10-12. This is a super fun Costume Party. Please bring a yummy treat to share.

Silver Stars Halloween Party

Come Celebrate with the Silver Stars, on Friday Oct 23rd at SMAS Gym from 6-9. Dress up in your best costume and come ready to have some fun, bring a yummy treat to share!!!

SMAS Choreography Camp

The SMAS Silver Stars and Black Diamonds teams just finished Choreography Camp last week with their amazing Choreographer from Louisiana. Their routines are going to ROCK this year! We are SO excited! We have amazing talented athletes on our competitive teams this year!

SMAS in 4th of July Parade in Hailey

We just celebrated the 4th of July having a blast in the parade. Our kids were dancing, tumbling, and stunting! It was so fun, and quite impressive! Great job SMAS Athletes!! It is going to be a great year!!

Welcome Wood River Taekwon Do to SMAS

Eric and Shannon Pace have reopened Wood River Taekwon Do School at SMAS. They are former owners in Ketchum who had a huge school. We are proud to have them teaching again. They are amazing. Welcome!

Tryout Success

We just finished tryouts and will have 3 new competitive teams for next year. We have a mini level one with 10 kids. We have a youth level 2 with 14 kids, and a Senior Level 3 with 17 kids. It is going to be a fantastic year! Our kids are extremely talented, and have all progressed immensely since tryouts last year. Welcome to all our new students!!

April 24th Demonstration

We had a huge spring recital and demonstration for all our students. It was a great night filled with fun and lots of great talent. Thank you to everyone who helped make that night amazing! We are so lucky! Our kids and parents are great!

3 SMAS teams had HUGE success at Nationals in Anaheim, CA

The SMAS Cheerleaders went to Anaheim, Ca in March for the American Showcase National Cheerleading Competition hosted by the American championships. The Black Diamonds and Silver Stars both took 3rd place and the Green Emeralds took 6th place! It was amazing! They have worked so hard this year and deserve their national titles!!

Cheer Parent Get Together

Friday March 6th, we have a fun cheer parent get together planned. Details will be posted soon.

Cheerleader Sleepover and YMCA Swimming day

On Feb 27th, we will be having a huge sleepover party at the SMAS gym. Drop kids off at 6:30 and we will go to the YMCA on Sat for swimming from 9-12. It is going to be great fun!

Congrats At the Big Sky Challenge

SMAS Competitive Cheerleaders just returned from the Big Sky Challenge in Pocatello on Feb 14th 2009. It was a succesful event for all the competed! We are extremely proud of our teams! Dazzling Dancers and Black Diamonds both took first place. Silver Stars and Green Emeralds took Second place. Hunter and Isabel took 2nd place in their Duo. Kami took first place in her individual. Jessica R. took second place in tumbling. Sebastian and Alaylia both took first place in tumbling and McKenzie took first place in jumps! It was a fantastic day, and our teams were on top of their game! They are getting ready for Nationals in March in Anaheim! Great job!
